Pope Francis grants a plenary indulgence to the faithful
In a decree issued by the Apostolic Penitentiary on March 20, 2020, Pope Francis has granted a plenary indulgence to the faithful during the current COVID-19 pandemic.
Also, recognizing the challenges Catholics in the Diocese of St. Augustine now face regarding access to the sacrament of reconciliation, Bishop Estévez has prepared a message addressing this concern as well as the plenary indulgence granted by the Holy Father.
